American slicing machine
Bought this today at a estate sale for $5. Excited because it is old, and a slicer! I want to restore this, and this forum is the first place that dpopped up when googling. Need advise for my wedding
so I bought a whole cow last august: I still have the brisket, and plenty of roasts. We will have about 80 people there, and I thought this would be a perfect time to cook the brisket.
