    Baby brisket catching some smoke today

    Just put on a 3.5# brisket. First time with one this small so Wish me luck. Basic rub left on over night.     Hi y’all!!

    Been lurking for a bit. Have used several tips and recipes that I’ve found on here. Fell like I may have some knowledge to contribute now. From southeastern KY currently living outside of Nashville. Use an off brand electric smoker. Looking forward to conversations with y’all now.
