Hello from SE Texas
I am new here from SE Texas and came across this site while looking at a post about some one's new smoker. I have been smoking my own meats for a long time and enjoy ribs, brisket, bacon, n just about everything else roasted on a fire or grill. I am a retired wildlife biologist.
