    Korean bbq marinated Brisket

    Guys Looking to venture out from my usual rubs and have a wicked Korean bbq marinade I use on my beef short ribs. My question is will the brisket get a bark or candied from the marinade? Just want to make sure it gets somewhat of a bark and a crunch Thanks B.B.

    Struggling between Charcoal and Logs on an Offset

    Guys i'm pretty new to smoking but have been pretty lucky these first 5 times.
