Normally I stir fry baby bok choy. I thought I would try adding it to the smoker to go along with some Pork Chops and chicken legs.

I am thinking of smoking half a brisket instead of a full one.
Would that reduce the smoking time to approximately 1/2?
Any concerns or extras precautions?
I assume I cut it in half along the short width?
