    New from Louisiana

    Hi folks, I'm from Shreveport, La. and have been smoking meat for the last 50 years. I have several different pits and smokers that I use but I have been looking to add a ceramic kamado or a pellet smoker to my arsenal. Glad to be a part of the group. Looking forward to new recipes and techniques.
