Did a duck, bacon, ribs and salmon..... Lessons learned :
- read recipies three times..... Crisscrossed the salmon recipe and missed the part that talked about rinsing off the rub marinating rub prior to sticking it into the smoker... Talk about saaaaaalty!
- time and temp means it is done but...
