    refrigerator smoker

    I understand how to make convert a refrigerator into a smoker. My question is do you have to strip out all of the plastic inside of the unit or does it all just get laft inside?? Anybody that can help me or point me in the correct direction would be helpful. Thanks Chris

    Hello My name is Chris and I live in southern Illinois. I am hoping to build a smoker soon so that I can start the craft of smoking. any help that i can get would be helpful. for my first project I would like to make some deer summer sausage, wish me luck.
