This PID controller is from Auber Instruments and has all or most of the features used on the Smokin-it digital electric smokers and the Auber instruments plug and play PID controllers without Wi-Fi.
It's just the PID controller so you'd need to be able to build a PID box like a lot of people...
I'm just throwing this out there for those that have asked about this before, or those who like to try new things.
When you add a PID controller to an electric smoker the PID sends pulses to the SSR. Some PID controllers give you a little control over those pulses but they are still digital...

I don't remember seeing the red in the beginning.
