So I haven't used my masterbuilt propane smoker in about a month so I thought I'd clean it before using it today but the paint lining the inside of the sheet metal peeled off. Is this a problem?
Hello everyone. I was wondering how important, if at all, it is to spray meat with some kind of water or melted butter while smoking it? I mean if the water pan is maintained then there should be plenty of moisture within the box if I'm not mistaken. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated...
