Tri Tip smoking times?
Thinking about smoking a tri tip this weekend. Any recommendations on time? I've seen a few articles out there saying (similar to brisket) a long cook, like 6-8 hours. But, also seeing a lot saying the long cooks are really not optimal for tri tip and 2-3 hours of optimal. Any experiences out...- bainbridgesmoke

Problems with Meadow Creek - Paint and rust
I recently upgraded to a serious smoker, deciding on the Meadow Creek box smoker, BX-50. Looked perfect, had great reviews, however, it has been so far unusable.
