    Regulating Temp with MGS

    My family bought me a beautiful MGS for my birthday and have been having a ball. I have a problem getting temps between 200 and 250. With one burner high on if get a pretty consistent 200 with both burners on low I get about 250 - 260. The area in between is where I have difficulty. Any ideas?
