Stolen smoker from NE Philadelphia
This makes me sick! Some scum bag stole the smoker from fat jacks BBQ in North east Philadelphia.This place is a great and the owner is an outstanding guy. First time smoking "Dino Bones"
First time smoking beef short ribs.Very happy I found a local butcher to give me the cut I was looking for. Smoked these in my MES 30 using the 3-2-1 method. They came out amazing.I actually shed a tear when I pulled them out smoker. So majestic!- chokeonoursmoke

First time smoker from PA
Just had my first smoke ever yesterday. Smoked a brisket wings and pork belly. Could really use some advice on tbe bridket. Didnt turn out horrible but was pretty Tough. Constructive criticism welcomed!- chokeonoursmoke
