Hey guys thanks in advance for the advise. What do you all recommend with a brand new smoker? Should I fire it up and run it with wood chips in it for a few hrs then clean it out before I smoke any meat for the first time? Thanks
Hello thanks for letting me join. I'm in Alberta Canada and am brand new to smoking. Was looking at buying a Smoke Vault that runs on propane to use out at the lake for the most part. What's everyone's thoughts on that smoker? Good or bad? Thanks for your input
