Anybody in the GTA smoking?
Hi, I live in southern Mississauga and recently started curing and smoking my own bacon. After using my propane BBQ as a smoker with limited success I now am about to use a cheap but effective charcoal smoker. As I live in a condo I have to avoid smoking out my neighbours.128512- stevek3636

Hi. I am a balcony BBQ user. I have just bought my first real smoker mainly to smoke bacon that I cure at home. I have the curing process down pat, using Prague #1 powder purchased through Amazon.
