    St. Louis and KC ribs suggestion

    I'm driving with my family through St. Louis and Kansas City in August. I want to have dinner at "the best" St. Louis rib joint. The next day we'll do lunch at "the best" KC rib joint.  I'd like more of a place the locals go as opposed to the place the tourists go. Any suggestions? Thanks!
