Wild game smoker from Colo
Howdy, New member From Colorado. Most of what I will smoke is wild game. Elk, moose, bear and antelope in the freezer at present that are headed for the smoker. Along with beef ribs and chicken. Doing beef ribs in a couple hours... Just picked up a used Traeger Texas elite. Been 15 years but...
