Hey I'm back
I have been in the hospital last 21/2 months, and I am so glad to be back. However I l won't be able to do any meat smoking for another couple of months or so. But until then I will enjoy reading about you all are doing. Thanks mtn68- mtnman68

Hi everyone I live in Central Oklahoma, I have been smoking meat for several years. I built my first smoker from a 5' water softener tank, and it was about as big around as 3ft. I laid it on it's side and welded pieces of pipe for legs, and cut 2 doors in it. I built a fire in one end...
