Looks like you have a great forum here. I'm from Wasilla Alaska and besides my Weber gas grill, I have a Traeger Texas Pro-Bronze. Also have a Bradley Original and a Bradley cold smoke adapter on order. I prefer cold smoking bacon.- doug in alaska
