    Checking in from Manila.

    I am 47 yrs old, living in Manila, Philippines. Very new to smoking, just got my custom built Backwoods competitor clone last week, tried using Hickory and Maple. I do woodworking as a hobby, so I am fairly familiar with hardwoods, etc.
