New Klose smoke and tuning plates (don't need them)
So I got my new Klose smoker and just looking at this thing and LOVE IT. I have not cooked on it but I have seasoned it. I am using post oak and sprayed penut oil in it. Klose smoker purchase
Getting read to make a purchase on one of their 42 deluxe smoker . I talked to them and they seem to be real good people like the look and should have what i want in about 2 weeks. Any one have one or any reason I should not get one from them? thanks for the help.- neal90

wireless bbq thermometer questions
Not sure if this has been asked in the past. But I have been looking online for a thermometer that will have 3 things. 1 wireless 2 tells the temp of the food and 3 what the temp inside the smoker is. Most of the stuff I have found online only tells the temp of the food not the temp of inside...- neal90
