Why dont I see kettle bottom for lids?
I'm building my first uds. I've researched quite a bit and I am wondering why people don't use the bottom of a Webber kettle for the lid over the top part. I am a metal worker so fitting the kettle bottom, top, or just flat lid is all doable for me. Is there a reason I don't know about? I'm in...- smokingswede
