Door Blew off Smoker
Was preheating my MasterBuilt smoker to 225 when inside the house I heard what I thought was the door to the garage slam shut. My teenage daughter thought it was the garbage truck. Hi All, Steve from Calgary Alberta Canada. My lovely wife got me a Master Built Electric Smoker for Christmas. Swept the snow off the deck this morning and seasoning the smoker as I type. Plan is to smoke some nice thick pork chops for dinner. Can't think of a nicer start to the New Year...
