    Hi smokers. This journey started when I pulled an old Smoke Hollow gas smoker out of storage...hardly ever used before... and tried my hand at spare ribs. Worked so well I decided to get me an MES 40" and go from there. My niece got lucky and got the gas smoker. She's a good cook and took to it...
