    Smoking in Seattle

    Hi Guys, Just ordered the Masterbuilt Digital Electric 30" Smoker. Looking forward to lots of meat and fish. Just getting into smoking, other than playing around with smoker boxes on my gas grill. Any initial words of advice?  -Thanks Robert GO HAWKS
