Hi I've posted about heating element and thank you for the input.. I've chosen the brinkman 1500w That I'll run with an aub pid and get smoke from the amns for now. I've started removing plastic from the fridge and am planning on keeping the fiberglass insulation for now. (Want to get smoking!)...- tces
