Super Bowl smoke, 4 Brisket's!
I bought 3, 12-14 pound Selects and 1, 11 pound prime for my Super Bowl smoke, All nighter Saturday! I have a 24x40 LSG offset, should I put the smaller ones on top grate and larger on middle grate? Or all 4 on middle grate, with points toward the FB! Thanks- michael0506

TP20 vs Tru-tel accuracy’s
Hello all, I bought a new LoneStar Grillz branded tru-tel thermometer for a restored LSG offset smoker! I also bought a thermo pro TP20 Wifi and I have done 2 long smokes with them!
