    Hi fr East coast of Canada

    Amateur cook, enjoy experimenting with most styles of cooking in and outdoors. Favorite accomplishment to date was to spitroast a whole hog. Buying my first smoker next week and have enjoyed the 1000's of threads and excellent tips/advice. Cheers AJU
