    How long to smoke, not cook, a butt?

    Just got my A-Maze-N pellet maze and plan to do a butt to try it out in my MES30. How full should I fill the maze? I usually just smoke with chips and don't smoke for the entire cook, maybe the first half or so to not "over smoke". I figure this butt will cook @225 for 10 hours or so, how long...
