    Salsa recipe search

    I am no expert but have made and canned a lot of salsa through out the years. We mostly follow the Ball canning Fiesta Salsa recipe but don't include the cucumber, lime, marjoram. We just use selection of hot peppers, sweet peppers, onions, garlic, cilantro, salt, vinegar. RG

    Finally probe tender @ about 10 hours. Pulling it, cold here now that the sun is down 52F. Double wrap in foil. Bark has a good taste pepper with a little sting, not to hot at all. RG out!

    Not sure what green stuff. There are some green flags I use to mark my antenna wires, also green velcro on my power cable. Otherwise its nice green grass in southern Florida! 3 1/2 hours in, temp @ 135-145. Flipped it. RG
