    I'm not sure you'll save on shipping. I have looked at BPS for Horizon smokers and found that they ship to you and charge the same as buying directly from Horizon. They have the 16" in store, that's it.

    Your link to the instructables website isn't working, I think because it got shortened and has "..." in the url. http://www.instructables.com/id/Incr...Q-Thermometer/ awesome idea, I always dreaded getting out of range and not realizing it.

    I don't understand the whole presentation thing. Sloppily placed in a container is one thing, but why use tins to make each chicken breast identical? Chickens aren't identical in size, not or they close to being shaped like a muffin. Come to think of it, chicken rings are not natural either

    Looking to buy trailer mounted smoker with offset fire box. Would like it to have storage for wood & charcoal. Propane burners would be nice but not a deal breaker. My ideal smoker would be this Horizon one.

    Replacement for Chargriller

    Hurricane Ike knocked HUGE tree over in our yard, nearly killing me, but did kill my woodworking shop and worst of all, my modified CG. The tree hit with such force that it pushed the legs about 1 1/2" into the asphalt. My question is, I have the $ from insurance to replace or upgrade my smoker...
