Weston 2600 Pro Vac sealer Control Panel Sticker
Been looking for the sticker that cover the 3 buttons on this vac sealer.(Weston 2600-PRO) Mine is worn through the plastic and it appears difficult to find a replacement. Brisket - Simplified and Reliable Dinner Timing
what a nice step-by step on the brisket. You make it straight up uncomplicated. Only thing I do different is wrap in red unwaxed butcher paper, all comes out the same either way. Nice Tutorial ! and good looking beef....it's what for dinner. HT- hoity toit

go for the vacuum tumbler. I have one and I love it. Especially for jerky. Or you could just ask them for a $500 mastercard gift card you can use anywhere.- hoity toit

Liquid smoke or no liquid smoke?
sometimes I use powdered hickory. It is a good go too for some of stuff I make. 1/2 tsp per lb HT- hoity toit

Amazen 6x6 tray
