Light at the end of the tunnel
Howdy all, I'm looking forward to learning all I can (temperatures, times and recipes). I plan on building my own smoke house this spring/summer. I'll try to post pictures as I build. Up till now I've been making my own deer jerky, snack sticks and summer sausage in the oven and I think my wife...- happy_smoker
