I love the iGrill. It can be a little finicky to connect, but it's a great addition to the whole kitchen. I'm a new member here, and my thread is on hold, but just tonight I posted some iGrill data charts with a brisket smoke I did today. Will link once the post is released from moderator...
That looks incredible. I might have to try this next.... Would love to do that with a nice standing rib roast. Perfect color on the inside. I'm assuming you sliced it thin, but how was the texture? Was it tough at all?

Hey all - Moved to Austin in February from the city of brotherly love, Philadelphia! Work had a BBQ competition in March, got the bug.
A good guy at work gave me his old char-broil offset in rough shape, cleaned it up and refurbed.... learned to smoke on that thing over the past 3 months...
Hey we've had some pretty decent bouts over the past two weeks (Austin). Seems to be cleared up. Rain is needed, luckily no hail though. All the rain is good so it can fill up the lakes! I was able to get a clear few hours last Sunday to smoke up a whole bunch of chicken!
