Go big or go cheap?
I really want to start smoking meats and other goodies but my issue is whether I should get an above average smoker to start with (something like $500 - $1200), this should be a bit easier to deal with as far as fewer mods needed, more accessories available, longer lifespan, etc...or should I go...- rookwv
