Well have my smoker together it got it for a good price basically 30% do to other shipping box damage . I think it a tad-bit to big, but oh well. Master built XL propane Smoker. If there is anything I need to know or do please share with me- phonedrn8

Measure heat location
Where is the best place to measure the heat in a smoker? I see that the factory thermometer is at the the top of door.. Is that where I should put my digital probe?- phonedrn8
