    Date 01/19/13 Just got done salting my pork legs, Used Mortons Kosher sea salt and mixed it with a little curing salt ( pink salt) made sure that the bottom of my wooden box was lined with platic and then used aluminum container with salt ont he bottom so the salt was on the bottom and the top
