Hello, it is hunting season...or I should say it is just about over. Bought a new smoker at Cabella's and have a couple Elk to smoke and some other stuff too. Took an antelope to the local "wild game processor" and thought, I could do as well. Anyway, I want to learn. Any advice or ideas...- morganhorse
