I don't use a wet marinade for my BBQ...I use only dry rubs but it would be good to know.

I'm looking to do do a Beer Can Turkey (14lbs or so) on my Weber Kettle using the Cajun Bandit Stacker. Has anyone done this yet and did it have enough clearance if you used the lower grate?

Unfortunately not this time. I had to do on my propane grill cause we had 40mph winds today! It definitely had the grilled taste! Next time I'll do it on my Weber Kettle and do with some smoke.

I came across the group a couple of days ago. I'm from Middletown (near Hartford) CT. I use 3 Weber 22.5'' kettles and a Char-Griller Outlaw for all of my smoking. It's nice to be here!
