Not too hard to get a whole brisket here in Middletown. We have Meadow Meat Co. here in town. They can get anything from a little ole chicken to whole hog or whole cow as well as many different kinds of game meats! -

No smoke this weekend unfortunately. The weather guys got it wrong! They said that is was supposed to be very windy and cold but it turned out beautiful! I had a brisket and pork butt in the freezer and I wouldn't have been able to thaw it out in time. I'll hoping next weekend despite the cold...- bbquy
