1st Lox Smoke w/ Modified AMNS

Hopping Habanero Sauce
Tried it today using cyan peppers because i like the tast better. I added about 40 cyan peppers and 1 Ghost pepper (Bhut Jolokia) for heat. I also used cider vinigar and I think that was a mistake. It tastes ok but i dont know what it is missing. I will post a qview. thx Nick -

If you use Beef it is Cottage pie, if you use Lamb it is Shepards pie. My wife is from England and I have heard the rant many times. LOL Both of those reciepes looks great. I will have to try them soon.- nakom

It is tined cast iron I am pretty sure. I read the directions and it didnt say you could not wash it in the dishwasher so i did. I washed all the pieces by hand first really used the hot setting in dishwasher just to make sure I got it sterilized. Hope I didnt wreck it, would be stupid if... -
