    i know this is a little late but here it is anyway 2 slabs of spares 1 beef rib slab 2 briskets 2 tri tips 2 chickens 1 fatty lots of sausage we fed about 20 people with about 10 pounds of meat in leftovers sorry theres some many pictures we got a little carried away LUNCH

    hey im new here. quick question what temp do you bbq beef ribs. at im going to be doing beef ribs and a brisket wasnt sure what one to put closer to the heat source thanks hopefully well be posting some pics later
