Any bbq caterers out there?. I've only been smoking for about a year but I would like to some day be able to do some catering with it. Im still working on my recipes, temps and times. And I know its going to be a while before this could happen. But any info you guys have about kind of equipment...

1 beef rib slab
2 briskets
2 tri tips
2 chickens
1 fatty
lots of sausage
we fed about 20 people with about 10 pounds of meat in leftovers sorry theres some many pictures we got a little carried away

quick question what temp do you bbq beef ribs. at im going to be doing beef ribs and a brisket wasnt sure what one to put closer to the heat source thanks hopefully well be posting some pics later
