How much does it cost to run your electric smoker?
I am weighing the pros and cons of electric smokers. I really want to build a UDS but I also want to be able to smoke jerky and sausage in lower temps than a UDS can provide. Need a Wing Sauce Please!
When I do wings I like to do a couple of sauces for everyone to enjoy. I buy the Franks hot wing sauce and butter as my hot wing sauce. I also make a honey garlic and a parmesan garlic. I bought some of the Ice Armor X gloves this year and I love them. I wear a sweatshirt, jeans, hat, jacket and coveralls when I go out.
