I bought a new Masterbuilt Gas Smokehouse from Amazon a few weeks ago. I broke it in on chicken breast and ribs. Turned out pretty good for my first time with the smoker. I did a Cheese Burger fattie last night.

How about just making the burner shorter and adjust the flame higher for high temps and low for sausage? Worse case you have a short piece of pipe with a bunch of holes in it?

Just got the reply back from Northern. Both tanks are FDA approved for drinking water. The 16 gallon is 39.99 and the 25 gallon is 49.99, I am starting to build a cooking trailer and I am going to put in the 16 gallon for fresh water and the 25 gallon for my gray water. Pictures to follow.
Look at Northern Tool. They have a tank for their sprayers that is FDA approved for Potable water. It is item # 2691, a 26 gallon tank. They also have a 16 gallon tank but it does not mention whether it is FDA approved or not. I have submitted a question to them on their website. I will post the...
