    best way to clean a smoker??

    Thanks for the response Cpt. Yeah I know better then to put water into the smoker because of the electrical. I scrape the best I can but just always have the grease left. That stuff I try to burn off, I just hope it isn't bad on the pellet smoker taking it up to 500 degrees to burn everything off.

    Hey, I'm wondering how people clean their smokers.. I have a gmg pellet grill and it has a sliding tray. I do not put tin foil over that because I like being able to control the smoke/heat with it. I always scrape the tray best I can and scrape everything else I can but there is still grease...

    I was trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my brisket, I decided to make chili with it. I added cheese and heated up some French onion thingy in the oven. Basic chili, tomato sauce, dark and light beans and seasonings, cube brisket burnt ends plus sliced brisket that was smoked

    Smokey, I think I might do ahead and try it, cube it up and throw it on the smoker. I probably wont add any bbq sauce or anything because I am thinking of making some chili and adding some brisket to it.   have you ever done that before?..

    The taste is good, I wish I did put some beef broth or something when foiling it. Not sure what I should do with the point part? Any ideas?

    I wrapped it at least 4 times, , I'll probably let it "rest" for 3 hour's then place it in the fridge. I really thank you for helping me out!! I will take pictures and let you know how it taste when I try it.

    I just checked the temp on the meat, the flat (thinner part) was reading 205 so I pulled it, I poked in a few area's and it went in like butter just wrapped it with more foil and placed it in an ice chest so it can rest.. how long can I let it rest for?..  after a certain amount of time should I...
