    I personally use dry for the convenience.  Other then that I wouldn't think there would be much of a difference.

    Frog is right.  Just make sure the IT of your turkey is a minimum of 165*  I personally aim for 175 - 180*.

    Anyone ever tried to smoke a Butternut Squash

    I'll will be smoking this very soon.  This is my first year smoking with my SFB.  So far I've smoked spare ribs, ABT's, beer can chicken and last night a ham.  Loving it!
