    Thanks for the replies, I plan on doubling how often I smoke this year from last. Going to try some chicken tonight after I take off the pork.

    Just joined this morning. Decided to start smoking a pork butt and found this site doing research. 42 years young, started smoking meat last year, been grilling for years. Have a Weber bullet, absolutely love that thing. Live in KS, born and raised in mountains of NY.
