Having the commercial electric I can say that all the smoke rings I've seen from my buds that smoke with wood or charcoal and wood are definitely on the "redder" side that what I'm capable of with the electric.......when Debi was here, we kept the smoking on the light side due to time...
thanks homebrew, I buy cream cheese in huge blocks and these look like a simple appetizer to make when I'm getting close to having to use it all up before it goes to waste. It's a big help.

The Okra comes from "The Best Bloody Mary" served at a little place on the river in Savannah Georgia. The bean, (pickled of course) comes from us here in the Northeast. Green...
At the risk of again sounding lazy and commercial...lol.......I order mine from the company and they come in a breathable bag...........dip cup and be done with it, no stacking, keeping it dry etc.....
