I'd go with the burner as is for starters.
Seems that if a 1/2 - 1 min burn from it will start a chimney , then you should get 10 or so starts out of each bottle.

Shooter , you may want to try a chuck roast if you are shy of jumping right back into another brisket .
Just a smaller less expensive piece of meat to experiment these new things on . And the cook time will be shorter as well.

Spring is a good time to see what I call " bear nests " where black bears climb beech trees and find a spot to sit. They grab the branches around them and pull them in and eat the beech nuts , often breaking the branches in the process.

Black bears also love the beech nuts. A common tree for firewood at our camp in the Adirondacks.
Burns hot and clean when properly seasoned. Can be tough to split.

While not online , right click on the internet explorer icon on your desktop. A drop down menu should appear. Select " Properties " , then click the button that says " Delete " . One of the options from there is " delete cookies " .
