    I'm cooking BB ribs today @225* for 2-2-1. my brother brought over some fresh jalapeno sausage so I'm going to throw those on.  Approx how long will the sausages take to cook them at 225*.  They are average about 1" diameter (typical store bought size) thanks- brian
